Looking to the south end of the bay. Just to the left of this image is a small peninsula with a lighthouse. On the other side of that lies Bahia de los Sueños (Bay of Dreams), a proposed major resort and retirement community by, among others, pro golfer Lee Trevino.

The original name of the bay was Bahia de los Muertos (Bay of the Dead), but the developers decided that the name for a retirement community shouldn't contain the word dead.
