This dog belonged to a couple that showed up at the hot springs while Bruce was giving Ron his 1st body dragging lesson. The woman was trying to launch her kite up at the north end of the hot springs where the wind can be quite unsteady. Several times, we saw her kite back way up into the window, and then, fortunately, just fall to the ground.

The problem, aside from the variable wind, was that her back lines were way too short. Also, the man didn't kite, and the woman had done it just a couple of times before. In the interest of safety, Bruce  kindly interrupted his lesson with Ron to help the couple get the lines to the correct length, and then helped them launch and land it a few times. By this time the wind had dropped off to the point of being unsailable, so that was it for the couple. But that was a much better ending for them than if the poorly rigged kite would have powered up in the power zone and taken the woman for a drag through the cholla cacti.
