Bruce needed to replace the shrouds on the boat. The only time to do this is early in the morning, before it gets windy and rough. Regrettably, that schedule doesn't work well for Bruce. After threatening to do it for almost two weeks, he finally makes it out there early enough (barely, as can be seen by the approaching wind line) to replace one or two.
