This twisted, contorted tree bears a striking resemblance to a lizard, poised to snap an
insect out of the air for a tasty meal. Phil and I sat down and watched it for a while (at
a safe distance), just to make sure it really was a tree, and not some prehistoric, radiation-
mutated anomalous monster just waiting for the opportunity to devour us.
