2024 Eclipse and Mountain Bike Road Trip

Springer, New Mexico

I stayed one night in Springer before continuing on to Mesa Verde. Originally planning to stay at an RV park there, when I arrived and had a look, it was just too sketchy. Instead, I stayed at the quaint Broken Arrow Motel. After checking in, the owner said: "There are cokes and beers in the cooler outside.. help yourself". Talk about hospitality! I never did get an answer though to the question on the motel sign about what Jesus did :-(
