Chuck and Merrick, a couple of burners (Burning Man veterans), were here this year for Burning Bush. Here, Chuck models the smaller of the two propane flame throwers that he and Merrick built.

At one point, I asked Chuck how much research they did on the internet before building them. Alarmingly, his response was: "we didn't really do much research".
