Yeah, I saw my cousin do it once. You gotta tie a double half-hitch in that blue rope. Then, this pointy thing comes up over this round thing here, and attaches to that metal thing that looks like a hook. My cousin's setup didn't have that bungee cord, so I'm not sure what you do with it. It's probably not important though.
